Cancellation Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with payment for any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined here and available on our website. 2. Commitment Policy By enrolling your child in our A Bre C Education sessions, you are committing to the agreed session time and dates for the duration of the school term. This ensures consistency for your child’s learning and allows us to maintain fair scheduling across all families. ● Sessions are booked and reserved for the full term and are not offered on a casual or week-to-week basis. ● Term fees remain payable in full once enrolment is confirmed, regardless of attendance. ● Refunds are only issued in the case of teacher cancellations where a suitable alternative (make-up or credit) cannot be offered. Your commitment helps us provide a stable and effective learning environment for all students. 3. Payment Full payment is required before the start of each term to secure your booking. If payment is not received by the due date, A Bre C Education may be unable to hold your scheduled lessons. Once payment has been made, refunds are not available for change of mind or unexpected events that may affect attendance.
