As part of the enrolment process, A Bre C Education requires the most recent report from a child’s school or early learning service (where applicable), along with updated medical information, including any current allergies or medications. This information supports appropriate planning and educational provision prior to accepting enrolments.

A Bre C Education is committed to managing personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Personal information, including school reports and information from other professionals (such as allied health or educational providers), is collected solely for the purpose of supporting our student’s learning, safety, and wellbeing.

 

All information provided is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed, discussed, or shared with any individual or organisation outside of A Bre C Education without prior written consent from the parent or guardian, unless required or authorised by law.
 

Student information is securely stored on A Bre C Education’s protected digital drive. Access is limited to parents or guardians and authorised A Bre C Education staff who require the information to fulfil their professional responsibilities. Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
 

Parents and guardians may request access to their child’s personal information, request corrections, or withdraw consent for storage at any time by contacting A Bre C Education in writing. Information will be retained only for as long as necessary to meet educational, legal, and operational requirements.
